When are you open?
Upper Level Ink is open from 2pm to 10pm everyday for appointments and walkins.
How can I book an appointment with an Artist?
To book an appointment with an artist, you can either call them directly, or fill out the TATTOO REQUEST FORM and choose their name.
How can I get a quote?
To get an accurate price range, it's best to have a consultation with an artist, either by calling them or filling out the TATTOO REQUEST FORM. There are many factors involved in quoting a price, the subject of the tattoo, the size, placement on the body, how detailed the piece is, etc.
Our shop minimum is $100, but you can contact our artists to discuss your piece in detail.

How old do I need to be to get a tattoo?
In the State of California you have to present a valid ID proving that you are 18 years or older, no exceptions.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We except cash, credit, and debit. (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express) No checks.
